He gathered extensive research knowledge and education on New Economic Thinking during 2012-2013 from Dhaka School of Economics (DScE), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He received his Masters in Economics from the University of Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh in 2003. In his 16 years of career, he has gathered multifaceted knowledge and chequred experience in diverse fields of Business and Economics. Currently he is working as a Business Development Analyst.

An individual with a strong background in the field of education; Presented creative educational materials to students, responded to their learning needs and evaluate students’ progress; has performed a significant amount of teaching, counselling, and research; has stayed abreast with new developments in the field.Dr. Saad Kashem received his Ph.D. from Swinburne University of Technology (SUT), Melbourne, Australia, in 2013. He received his BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 2009. Currently, Dr. Saad is working as aVisiting Research Fellow in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University at Qatar. He is a Lecturer in Robotics at Qatar Armed Forces – Academic Bridge Program, Qatar Foundation. He is the Instructor, Convener and Moderator of Advanced Computer Programming and Robotics & Mechatronics Project. As a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering department (Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering panel) at Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak (1st October 2014 to 27th July, 2017), he had been convener, moderator, and instructor of different courses.
